Korean Breakfast Toastie

Hey ya'll! I recently went to Oh-K-Dog in Carrollton, TX, a small street food Korean shop, and tried this Korean style breakfast toastie that was to die for! It consisted of garlic bread, puffy scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, mayo and ketchup sauce, and drizzled condensed milk. My boyfriend, who is Korean, told me this is considered as "street food" in Korea. We then tried to recreate it and I must admit, it turned out really good. I have the recipe below so ya'll can try it at home.

Ingredients:

2 Garlic toasts (such as Texas Garlic Toasts)

1 tablespoon butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1 slice of ham

1 slice of American cheese

1 tablespoon mayo

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon condensed milk

Parsley (optional)

In a pan, heat 2 garlic toasts until golden brown. In another pan, melt butter and add the following egg mix: beat 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Cook eggs in pan. In a small bowl, mix mayo and ketchup. Spread mayo and ketchup mix in garlic bread slices. Layer cheese, ham, and egg. Top with a drizzle of condensed milk and parsley on top as an optional garnish. Enjoy your Korean Breakfast Toastie!
