About me

Kimchi Mami

I am Kimchi Mami and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a 28 year old girl with a passion for discovering new cultures abroad and cooking new foods. I am originally from Puerto Rico and I moved to the US mainland at the age of 17. I studied in Chicago (Loyola University Chicago) and studied abroad in the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, where I got immersed in lots of different new foods and flavors. Shortly after I moved to England to pursue a Master's Degree in International Business at Hult International Business School. In that year I went to 15 countries! I also lived in Dubai as part of my Master's degree. All of these experiences encompassed have increased my penchant for travel, experiencing new cultures, meeting new people and trying new foods. This is why I decided to write a book about my experiences and share with ya'll that there is so much to learn out there! I want to encourage you to go and experience a little bit more.
